What we're all about...

Dedham Health & Athletic Complex is committed to teaching the importance of exercise, physical fitness, health and well being as an essential part of life. While at The Ultimate Day Camp, children and parents enjoy our non-competitive approach to fitness. We highlight the importance of developing skills, practice, team work, respect for others, as well as the value of positive decision making. These are key elements to building camper self-esteem. In addition to tennis courts, indoor and outdoor basketball, playing fields and other activity rooms, campers have access to our waterpark, The Summer Club. Campers use The Summer Club every day where they can play on the waterslides, obstacle course, wave pool and paddle boats. By utilizing both The Summer Club and the full range of facilities at Dedham Health & Athletic Complex, including the one-of-a-kind 'Downtown' kids group exercise studio, your children will stay active rain or shine. Customize your day! Choose from many activities, including: Daily Swim Lessons, Sports, Arts & Crafts, Rock Climbing, Robotics, Science, Computers, Photography, Drama, Nature and so much more! Lunch included daily.
