CAMP TIMANOUS
What we're all about...
Originally founded by Dr. Luther Gulick in 1887, Timanous has been continuously operated on this beautiful lakefront site since 1920. The Suitor family has directed the camp since 1942, the present generation since 1983. Our traditional value oriented program instills loyalty signified by 75 second generation campers and counselors. A positive approach to discipline and freedom within structure promised improved physical skills and poise and understanding in social relationships. Strong waterfront and trip program, woodshop, soccer tennis, basketball, team sports, riflery, archery climbing wall, water skiing and sailing.
