What we're all about...

Friendly Pines Camp, est. 1941, is a privately owned, coed, traditional summer camp for children ages 6 to 13. Friendly Pines is set on 120 acres of beautiful forest land high in the Bradshaw Mountains of Prescott, AZ. Friendly Pines offers over 40 different activities, offering extensive horseback riding, ropes course and outdoor skill activities. Campers are given the opportunity to create their own schedule filled with just the activities they want to do and their days are filled with those activities which they find most interesting.Friendly Pines fosters creativity, individuality and independence among children. Campers are encouraged to challenge themselves in their adventures; helping them to build confidence and a strong sense of self which follows them throughout their lives.Friendly Pines has been making memories for 80 years and a lot of our traditions and values surrounding the camp have carried through since it was established in 1941. Friendly Pines creates magical summers for hundreds of children every year and pridesitself on the belief that camp truly gives kids a world of good. Retreats & conferences available.
