THE MUSEUM OF FLIGHT AEROSPACE CAMP EXPERIENCE
What we're all about...
The Museum of Flight takes summer camp to the air with its popular Aerospace Camp Experience (ACE). ACE presents the world of aviation and space exploration through exciting hands-on activities and engaging lessons. Young Flight Campers journey through our rich aviation history while building their very own flying machines. In Planetary Voyagers, campers explore outer space in our space mission simulator as they learn about astronomy, rocketry, and space travel. Kids and teens entering grades 7 through 9 can experience a wide range of aerospace careers as they tour local aviation firms, learn survival skills and fly a Cessna airplane over Seattle during Advanced Camp. Our unique Restoration Camp, held at Paine Field in Everett, Washington, allows campers to witness commercial aircraft construction and assemble a real kit plane. Aerospace Camp Experience is a singular and memorable summer camp experience, and our experienced education staff ensures that ACE campers receive nothing but the best in care and support. For more information, e-mail the ACE Coordinator or call 206-768-7141. Retreats and conferences accepted.
